Q. What do you charge for shipping Tumblers?
A. We charge a flat rate:
- USA: $8.99
- Canada: $8.99
- International: $10.00
We do offer express shipping that can be chosen in the checkout cart.
Q. What shipping methods do you use?
A. We use USPS, Asendia, UPS, and DHL for US and International orders. .
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, plus 3-5 days shipping time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been shipped unless contacted directly by a TumblerMTN representative. Orders purchased during a special promotion can take up to 3-5 business days for processing.
Note: COVID has caused a major slow down in production. Production can be up to 6-9 Business days and shipping is 2-3 business days after.

Q. Do you ship Worldwide?
A. Yes. We use DHL, USPS or UPS to ship. Then your order is picked up by your local carriers. We offer a flat rate of $8.99 on Canadian orders and $10.00 for International orders.

Please, take into consideration that shipping time increases during holidays. Shipping can take 5-7 business days for the USA and 2-5 weeks for worldwide packages.
Q. Am I responsible for taxes, duties, and tariffs?
A. Yes, you are. For all Canadian and International orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws to clear customs. We have NO CONTROL over this.
Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for International orders and 10-15 days for Canadian orders in case of delays due to customs clearance or your local mail service. The client will be responsible for all fees and dues via your country. To ensure delivery to your location, double check that your address is correct. We assume no responsibility for failed deliveries due to wrong addresses entered.

Q. Where are you based and where do your orders ship out of?
A. We are based in the United States. Orders ship from the US and UK for International orders.
Q. Can I make changes to an existing order?
A. No. After your order has been processed and shipped, no changes will be made. Please check to make sure you have selected the Tumbler size and design with the correct mailing address before finalizing the purchase.
Q. Do you take Custom orders for Tumblers?
A. No, not at this time. We do not add names on Tumblers.
Q. Do you offer gift boxes?
A. No, not at this time. Each Insulated Drink Tumbler comes secure in a box with bubble wrapping to keep it secure during shipment. If your order is a gift, there is NO PRICING listed on the paperwork inside the box.

Q. I ordered the wrong size can I make changes or exchange it?
A. Yes, minus shipping. Please check BEFORE ordering to ensure you have picked the correct size for your case. We cannot stop orders or make changes once your order is sent to production.
Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. Our preferred payment is PayPal, but we also accept, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Q. Can I place an order now and pay with a check?
A. No, no we do not accept payments via check.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Do you offer Promotional Codes for discounts off your products?
A. On occasions, we will issue promotional codes for specials sent via email and social media. Promo codes can only be used in conjunction with the products listed as part of the promotion and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. One promo code per order, per customer, will be allowed.
Q: I forgot to add a discount code to my order! Can you still apply it to my purchase?
A: No. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, so please be sure to review your order before submitting your purchase.
